The allergy sensitive cutlery

An increasing number of people suffer from various food allergies, which force them to constantly scan food packages for allergen information that is often unclear, lacking or even false. But now there is Catad Or, the alergy sensitive cutlery. When your fork, knife or spoon touches a food containing an allergen it reacts like the human skin. The cutlery incorporates gold nanoparticles able to detect the proteins in the food that cause the allergic reaction. So instead of you getting an allergic reaction, your cutlery will get it for you!
